Booking + Date Reservation
Wedding dates are reserved only once a signed contract and non-refundable retainer have been received.
All other bookings require a non-refundable retainer to reserve dates.

Inquiries do not hold dates.
Due to the limited number of events we accept each season, availability cannot be guaranteed until your booking is officially confirmed.

Service Changes
Final service counts for wedding services must be confirmed no later than 60 days prior to the event date.
​
While services may be added (pending availability), reductions that drop below a contracted minimum cannot be accommodated.
​
Timeline adjustments may require additional staffing fees.

Service Minimums
Peak season dates may require a service minimum. Minimums are based on demand, staffing requirements, and time block allocation.

If services are reduced after booking, the contracted minimum must still be upheld.
​
We are happy to assist with reallocating services toward additional guests, upgrades, extended styling time, or future glam sessions when applicable.

Artist Assignment
Maison Atelier Beauty operates as a curated beauty house. While Jahara Jennaé may personally service many bookings, artist assignments are based on scheduling, logistics, and the needs of the event.
All artists are trained in the Maison Atelier standard of artistry and client experience.

Payment Structure
All retainers are non-refundable. They are transferable based on artist availability.

Remaining balances are due as outlined in your invoice. Late payments may result in cancellation of services.
​
Promotional prepayments are binding to the amount paid at time of booking.

Travel and Location Fees
On-location bookings may include:
• Mileage fees
• Parking fees
• Hotel accommodations (if required)
• Per diem (for destination events)

Travel rates are outlined in your proposal and confirmed prior to booking.

Client Preparedness
To ensure a seamless experience, clients should arrive with:
• Clean, dry hair for hairstyling services
• A clean, product-free face for makeup services
• Inspiration photos ready for discussion

Late arrivals may result in abbreviated services to preserve the overall timeline.

Early Start
Services beginning before 7:00 AM may incur an early start fee.
Early start fees are calculated per artist and are based on call time.

Health + Safety
For the safety of all clients and artists:
• Services may be declined in cases of contagious illness
• Clients with active cold sores must notify us prior to their appointment
• Sanitation protocols are followed at all times

Allergies
Clients must disclose allergies or sensitivities prior to the appointment.
Maison Atelier is not responsible for allergic reactions to undisclosed sensitivities.

Respect + Professional
We maintain a respectful, elevated working environment. Harassment, unsafe conditions, or disruptive behavior may result in termination of services without refund.

Cancellations
Retainers are non-refundable.
In the event of cancellation:
• Payments made are forfeited unless transfer of date is possible
• Minimums still apply if cancellation occurs within contracted window
Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and require written approval.
